Thank you for shopping with us at Driveonix. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to process any returns or refunds.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition – unopened and undamaged
- In the original packaging with all included accessories
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Opened or used products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at info@driveonixco.com with the subject line: "Return – Order Number"
- Include your reason for the return
- Once approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your item
- Ship the package back to us — return shipping costs are covered by the customer
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@driveonixco.com and include a photo of the item. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
